Film inspired

Lately, I’ve been drawn to the look and feel of analog photography. Film.  That imperfect, grainy, unique touch to each photo just feels..homier…comfortable.  I wish I had the time and energy to delve into actual film.  Maybe that will come later.  But as for now, this post processing is what photogs call the “film look.”

CMpro Blog Circle: April in my corner of the world

If you didn’t already know, I’m part of an amazing group of women on Clickinmoms.com.  Such a fabulous website with oodles of info.  And I’m also part of an even tighter knit group called CMpros. Tighter still (following all this?) is a group of us involved in what’s called a blog circle.  Every month we share our view from our corners of the world and we really are from all corners of the earth! 

I really should have been involved since January but morning sickness took over as well as a general lack of inspiration. But I’m back at it and am excited to be among these incredibly talented women!

So without further ado, a basic, simple look into my April corner of the world.  A warm place, full of bugs and pollen and green grass and…babies who don’t like said grass.
